How does AI video analysis work?

Record or upload a short clip of your padel shot. Our AI breaks it down frame-by-frame and gives you specific feedback on technique — grip, stance, swing path, racket angle, and body positioning.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select PadelUp, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future billing — you keep access until the end of your current period.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the App, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

I want to report inappropriate content or another user.

Use the Report button on the relevant post or profile in the App's Social tab, or email support@trypadelup.com with details. We review every report.
